Tide of Terror & Republic
I first noticed Jon Foster’s illustration a few years ago on the cover of a novel, then regonized his style a little while later in National Geographic. I don’t remember the article but the illustration above on the right was the one in the magazine. The rest of his gallery is a little more creepy, but I like that his illustrations are moving enough to give me the willies when I look at some of them.
They are all so textured and interesting.

Jo Fallak is amazing! Not only can she cook up a vegan storm and sing, but she paints marvelous paintings too. Something about the paintings gets me excited.

Pocketowl’s illustrations make me think of old Warner Bros. cartoons. Retro, dynamic and full of personality.
KOIN by HOON and JUJI
Hoon and Juji are an excellent duo. I love these character designs so much; they are interesting, have dynamic poses, great costumes. The lines are perfect and the colouring creates atmosphere.

My brother’s art. I am, of course, biased, but I really love his work. Especially since I have seen it evolve with him. He is only 22, I can’t wait to see what comes out of him next – even if he does write old school code.
