Mr. Malkovich

Pretty lovely photos. His celebrity portraits are personal. I also really like the street shots he posts on his blog, the world just seems better after looking through his gallery.

I’ve been getting back into these lately. I always liked them as a kid because the graphics in my head were better than the 64bit colour ones at that time. There is still something to be said for how your imagination can paint richer pictures… no pixelation or load times to distract you.

Wonderful! So many old graphics from the internet — and yes, there is a section just for your old friend, the animated gif.

I know it’s big but I could not bear to crop it. I am a sucker for good forest animal illustrations. Yote’s street art is beautiful. It would be so great to walk around a corner at night and see this pasted onto a wall.

GOOD Magazine isn’t just good. One of my favourite things they do are their infographics. Turning statistics into beautiful and easy to understand visual displays. Instead of pouring over numbers the information is quickly understood by anyone who can see —it helps to not be colour blind too.
