This brand is amazing. All vegetarian ingredients (which is harder to find then you think), a lot of vegan products and they don’t even use suppliers that test any of their products on animals. Their soaps smell amazing, look pretty and they even have a massage bar that is very edible: Mange Too Massage Bar. They also save a lot on packaging, all the block soaps are just wrapped in one layer of paper and they sell tins the right size for their different products to make them easier to travel with.

Next on my list to purchase: solid shampoo!

Yep, I’m addicted. Merlin Bronques is a lucky/talented man who travels a lot and is a photographer. Almost every day I check his site to fill my voyeuristic needs. Whether thinking, “That is hot, I would wear that” or, “That is gross, wash your face,” it is always a satisfying visit.

Rendezvous with Rama

and everything else I have read by Arthur C. Clarke. Rendevous with Rama was the first book I read by him. I was twelve years old, it was the thickest book I had ever tried to read, and loved it. Now they are getting ready to make a film version with Morgan Freeman, who is also awesome, so I am excited about it.

Aang, Katara and Sokka

I have an unholy love for cartoons and never really grew out of the Saturday morning thing. This is the absolute best American animated series I have ever seen. The only other series that is on par is Samurai Jack. Actually, there are a lot of great anime series but these two are the best produced outside of Japan.

Back to Avatar. Three well-written, beautifully animated seasons that reached audiences well outside of it’s 9-11 year old demographic. It is set in an Asian influenced world where four nations practise martial arts and bending their respective elements.

Be careful, you will sit down to watch only an episode or two and end up watching a whole season.
